HealthClan provides technology for connecting people with healthcare professionals and care partners. HealthClan is not a hospital, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical advice. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
Appointments and payments
Appointment availability, fees, cancellation terms, and provider participation may vary. You agree to review the details shown before confirming a booking and to pay authorized charges using a valid payment method.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, upload unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to access data or systems without authorization.
Content and feedback
You retain rights to content you submit. You give HealthClan permission to use it as needed to operate and improve the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or payment to you.
Changes and termination
We may update the service or these terms as it evolves. We may suspend or end access when needed for safety, security, legal compliance, or serious violations. Where appropriate, we will provide notice.
